If you haven’t yet heard of Piol, it’s a website that allows you to customize a dress from start to finish. You find your color aura, choose a silhouette and customize all the details (like neckline, sleeves and length) to your liking. It then takes you to the ‘fitting room’ and walks through taking all your measurements to ensure the dress is made to fit you perfectly. I first had the chance to work with Piol last year (seen here) and loved the process and results so much so when they reached out again to have me design something for spring, I jumped at the chance! This time I went with a simple shift dress with added sleeves and a short hem (my favorite silhouette) and picked the palest blush pink hue in my color aura. I love that a shift dress is timeless yet fits so well with the season’s trends. It’s a beyond cool feeling, slipping on a dress that was made just for you! I highly recommend trying it out and designing a dress you can wear so many places be it work, weddings or dates — everyone will love the experience.
