If Korres ever decides to make a wild rose perfume, I’m sold. The amazing scent is the first thing you’ll fall in love with about the Advanced Brightening Sleeping Facial — like roses, of course, but not sickly sweet; it’s a very luxurious scent. Obviously you don’t keep a $48 night cream for the scent alone. As 221 pages of reviews on Sephora can attest, the results are equally good! It’s one of those rare products where you see immediate results — massage on a thin layer before bed and you will wake up to more radiant skin. But you’ll notice more results like correcting an uneven skin tone and dark spots with consistent use.
A beauty expert recently told me I should be using vitamin C on my skin so that is originally what led me to this sleeping facial. I love using rose products and this has rose oil and rose water which means lots of moisturizing and softening but no heavy, sticky or greasy feeling. It really melts into my skin so unlike some other overnight masks and heavy duty creams, it doesn’t feel like you’re going to bed with a mess of product on. If you apply one product after a long flight or late night out, let this be it — think of it as preventative damage control!
Now about this beautiful image. A couple of us beauty-obsessed girls at work got together to work on a creative project and created this based on the ingredients in the sleeping facial. I’m so in love with how it turned out. Let me know what you think and if you have a favorite Korres product below!
